About Navigating ABA

Meet Kristen and Addison

Navigating ABA is a nonprofit organization founded by two determined moms, Kristen and Addison, who understand firsthand how overwhelming it can be to find the right support for a child with special needs. Our mission is simple: to make it easier for parents to choose an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) center with confidence, clarity, and support.

Kristen began this journey after her son was diagnosed with autism. Like so many parents, she was met with a wave of confusion and uncertainty. With little guidance and no clear path forward, she felt completely lost. That experience fueled her passion to ensure that no parent has to walk that road alone again.

Addison is a devoted mom who has navigated the ups and downs of finding the right care and support for her child. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of how challenging it can be to access the right resources—and how important it is to feel confident in making decisions for your family. She's passionate about helping other parents feel informed, supported, and empowered on their own journeys.

Together, Kristen and Addison created Navigating ABA to be a trusted, unbiased guide for families beginning their ABA journey. Whether you’re comparing centers or simply trying to figure out what questions to ask, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.

Navigating ABA workshops

The Navigating ABA workshop is a 2-hour session designed to empower families as they explore Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) centers for their children. It emphasizes creating a safe, non-judgemental space where participants can share experiences and learn together. By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with practical tools and greater clarity to help you select the right ABA center for your child.
